**August 8eve-10 Sierra Elevation Training

Practice and learn the basics of Sierra Backpacking.  We will car camp the first night at 10,000' elevation, and backpack up over a pass and camp the second night.  Learn about altitude effects, bear awareness, trailhead entry, and many other valuable outdoor skills.

Meet at 5:00pm on Friday, August 8th, at the Presbyterian Church.

The cost will be $TBD per person for vehicle gas, food, and first night campsite fee.

Also bring cash for road food dinner on the drive out, and road food lunch on the drive back.
